Basic policy on information security
Seishoku Co., Ltd. protects its information assets from threats posed by incidents, disasters, crime, and more, and manages information security throughout the whole company based on the following policy in order to be worthy of the trust we receive from our customers and society.
1. Managers’ responsibility
Our company strives to systematically and continuously improve and enhance information security under the leadership of our managers.
2. Internal system improvement
Our company has established a structure to maintain and improve information security, and has stipulated that information security measures as official internal rules.
3. Employee efforts
Our company employees acquire knowledge and skills necessary for information security, and bolster information security efforts.
4. Compliance with requirements of laws and contracts
Our company complies with information security-related laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations, and meets the expectations of our customers.
5. Responses to violations and incidents
Our company responds appropriately and makes efforts to prevent recurrence in cases in which there are violations of information security-related laws, breaches of contracts, and incidents arise.
