Seishoku’s initiatives
■Reduction of energy usage
By enabling processing that requires dyeing just once compared to the regular process that requires dyeing twice through the development of our unique dyeing and processing techniques, Seishoku Co., Ltd. is working on reducing energy usage, quantities of water used, and the dye chemicals used.
At our Okayama factory, by converting fuel into city gas from heavy oil C, we reduce our CO2 emissions by about 28.2% annually. We have reduced our emissions by a total of 25,904 tons as of the end of May 2020.
